This is driving me mad. I need to cancel my visible account since im never going to use it again(im not coming back to the US), but once i try to go to my account page, itll ask me for a 2-step verification that does not work overseas.
Turns out, since Iโve set the account to autopay, theyve been charging $25 two months and I havent even used it. What can I possibly do to cancel it? Someone please help.
