Need to setup voicemail, Setup feature Not accepting password

Hello,

Just got Visible service on an Iphone 12 and trying to setup voicemail.  When I enter the phone security passcode or any other series of numbers it gets rejected. Can anyone explain how to setup voicemail please.  Thanks in advance.

I had the same issue. Did a text with support and they reset Visual Voice Mail. This was for my iPhone 11.
