New Esim setup failed, and no SIM has been shipped


My Esim failed to setup.  And, I have no info if my SIM has shipped, or will ship.  NO TRACKING NUMBER>

If you asked for a physical SIM card Visible usually ship by FedEx next day air, but it still might take up to two days. 


Chat is available, you need to ask for a live agent and you will have to wait in line and can take up to an hour or more depending on how many are waiting. You can also get a hold of customer service via Twitter or Facebook messenger, I have had good luck with the latter. You can find both links to those in the bottom right hand corner of this page.
