Just received my new phone and sim card. This is a brand new service with a new number. Followed activation instructions, but the phone keeps saying "This sim card is from an unknow source". Unable to get help. Been waiting for chat help for over two hours and still nobody came on. Any help would be appreciated.

I just fixed this on my phone. I have a ZTE and the system was not up to date. The following link helped me.
