New member Visible plus promo issue

Hello, 

I literally just switched to Visible yesterday (9/4/2025). The deal for Visible+ for only $29/mo is what made me want to switch from T-mobile to visible. However, I apparently had to enter the promo code before I activated the transfer. I get that I messed up on my part, but I donโ€™t see what the difference is from entering the code beforehand than after. I am still a brand new member and I signed up with the intention of paying that promo price.

If you contact customer service they will usually add the promo since you just joined. Usually they are accommodating to issues like this.
