Morning all. I dropped my phone today, and cracked it bad, I need a new phone. How do I tell if the phone is compatible if I don't physically have the phone? I doubt anyone on eBay will give me that info.
Thank you,
Beckbonz

Most new iPhones (11 onwards) are mostly compatible with Visible.
you could buy from visible shop directly https://www.visible.com/shop/smartphones

Make sure it is factory unlocked also. If you have a SIM card most newer major brand phones will work by just transferring the card. If you have eSIM then you might run into issue with compatibility. As @upstate-SC said iPhones will work if new enough. I just recently picked up a new Samsung S24 because my last phone the battery is getting weak and I just checked when it arrived and it pass the checker for both pSIM and eSIM, I bought it direct from Samsung so I knew it would be unlocked. I already had a pSIM so I wasn't worried whether it passed or not. Most newer unlocked Pixels, 6A and newer, should pass. Motorola, from my experience with them, will likely not pass the IMEI checker unless you buy it from Visible. Not sure if this has changed in the last two years. If you have a SIM card you can transfer it to a Motorola, if 2022 or newer, will work even if it doesn't pass the checker. For other models other than the major four I couldn't say if they will pass or be compatible.
