New plan activating problems

I just uprgradedto the visible + and it won’t load on my phone need asap help

Are you running the latest Visible app?
If it’s a Droid you may need to modify the APN

Here are the latest APN settings I have, BUT do a community search if they don’t work (I’m on iOS)

APN name: Verizon 2
APN: vzwinternet
MMS port: 80
MMSC: http://mms.vtext.com/servlets/mms
MCC: 311
MNC: 480
Apn protocol: iPv4/iPv6
Apn roaming protocol: iPv4/iPv6
APN type: default,supl,mms

Leave all other fields blank, and save this configuration.

Restart the phone

What issue do you have? what's not loading the eSIM or data?
