@MjayB - Are you still not able to make calls? If not, can you check in your settings to see if you have a phone number associated with your device? Check cellular services to make sure all is copasetic. If you have a physical SIM Card, resetting your cellular services might also fix your issue. Same is true for eSIM, just be sure when you reset cellular services to not delete your eSIM.

I would chat in with Customer service. They are very responsive it has improved from the past. This is something that should be easily fixed.
