I'm a new customer and having serious buyers remorse. I can not receive incoming calls at all. They go immediately to VM. I waited on line for a chat with Stephanie for 45 minutes. When she came on she said she would send me a link to click on to my phone. I never got the link and I never heard from Stephanie again. Three hours later I'm still on line with her but get no response. Even though all calls go to voice mail I'm not getting the voice mail message. Nothing.
I want to cancel my service!!!
If you are also an Android user, have you looked at the APN settings? I have these notes (but am an iPhone user)
APN name: Verizon 2
MMS port: 80
Apn protocol: iPv4/iPv6
Apn roaming protocol: iPv4/iPv6
APN type: default,supl,mms
Leave all other fields blank, and save this configuration.
Restart the phone
