No service after port in

Hello, I bought a visible sim card from Best buy to install on my brand new unlocked moto g stylus. I tried to activate the SIM card but it was only giving me the option for a esim. I got frustrated so I paid for service through the esim too. I successfully ported my phone number over and got confirmation email but I still can't make any calls and no data.

You need to contact customer service and have them fix this issue. Here is a link on how to contact them.

When I click the link it wants to verify my account by sending me a text message but I cannot receive it as my phone is not working.

If you contact customer service they can lift the 2FA by sending you a link by email. You don't need to sign in to do the chat. Just bypass that if it asks you to. I also prefer sending them a message on Facebook or X/Twitter, I think Instagram also works, they will send you a link to a direct chat with no waiting in queue.
