No service at all

iPhone 13, number ported from Verizon, still have the old account active

 

Cannot make or receive calls or access any data even when in a wireless network

 

Please help!

This is a peer to peer forum and not much we can help as far as activation and service. You need to contact customer service for your issue since they don't visit here. You can contact Visible through chat or one of their social media platforms by messaging them. Those are Facebook, Instagram, X(Twitter) and on their support page on Reddit.
