No service on 2 phones today

I have 2 phones with Visible and both are out. No cell, data, text etc. After 2 separate chats with customer service they told me an outage and will be for up tom 24 hours.

This was after over 2 hours with 2 different agents having me do many things such as remove sim and replace, reset network, restart phone, confirm IMEI number over and over. 

The first agent finally just quit responding, the 2nd agent after over an hour said they had an outage. 

Using the chat only option is a major downfall to having Visible.

I'm now probably fixing to ditch their service.

Unfortunately that is the price to pay for cheap service. It isn't cheap to run an 800 service.

Also, chat is not the only option, you can message them on Facebook, X, Instagram, or on their support page on Reddit.

You can check if towers are down in your area by going to this link https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/ and input your address. Visible has no control over Verizon towers and it might be down temporarily for maintenance.
