SIM cards from Visible are meant to be used in a smart phone and not a router/hotspot, it goes against Visible's terms of service to be used in that way. Your phone can serve as a hotspot but it is limited to 5Mbps and 1 device(although Android phones can bypass this limit but still limited to sharing the 5Mbps)
