Need help, my wife switched to visible yesterday the after the setup was complete all incoming calls goto voicemail. We have chatted with online support and went through all the steps with out any resolution. It got to the point where a tech called our alternate phone number which is my phone and was unable to fix the issue and said she was going to escalate the issue and we would get a call back today at 7:50 am central time. We did not receive a call from them. My wife is now without a working phone which she uses for work and we are going on 24 hours of no service. We need support and this needs to be resolved. You simply cannot leave a person without phone service
