I have a question - I am on a yearly plan...and I really enjoy visible. I have to transfer/port my phone number to another carrier for my job. What happens to my plan? Can I keep visible and get another number? I have another 6 months on my yearly plan. I don't want to lose the money I've already paid for service.

A port out from Visible is treated as a request to cancel your service.
Unfortunately, that's one of the hazards of annual prepaid service - lack of flexibity and no refunds for unused service.

Is your employer forcing the transfer? If so, I'd explain the situation to them. Perhaps they'd reimburse or make otherr accomodations.

Yes. Only way to keep your account is keep your number at Visible and get a new number for your job.
