The cell service dropped to less than a bar in my home. Happened yesterday (March 22, 2023) and is still happening. Outside this neighborhood, the signal increases. My wife's phone (TracFone) also uses Verizon and is having the same issue. Just shows SOS. Is there somewhere that we can get updates as to when the service wil

This could be a problem with Verizon since your wife's phone is having the same issue. You could try contacting Verizon and ask if they are having issues in your area. It is possible they have a nearby tower down for maintenance or for some other reason.
