PSA to anyone wanting to change their number after being on Visible service for a while. It’s extremely easy. Just open the chat and type “change my number”. The chat bot will handle this request without the need for customer support. After the process completes, it will take a few minutes, you’re up and running. No new pSIM or eSIM is required. Note: your service will be unavailable while the change is in process. I just stayed on Wi-Fi and after about 5 minutes service automatically was restored and my number change was reflected on my phone and was ready to use. Thank you Visible.
