I am travelling to another country and i would like to pause my service for 2 months, and later when i come back I would like to resume my services. How do I do this? Does simply not paying my bill for 2 month works without paying any penality money? or is there any process for it. Please help me.
If you don't plan on keeping the number then just stop payment but you may risk losing the number. I believe you have 60 days to reinstate the account and keep the number but I would not count on that. If you want to keep the number I believe people on Visible's Reddit page have said to park it at Number Barn(I think it is called). If it is longer than 60 days the account are closed for no activity and you would need to open a new account with a new email address. You may want to contact Visible customer service and verify this information about your account and number.
