Chat agents will not let us know how to resolve a permanent account hold. No idea why the hold was placed have never been able to activate an account. They chat until they see the permanent hold then ghost us each time by disconnecting. No idea what had caused the problem.
Wow, that may be frustrating, I am not sure you will be able to get further help on this forum.
Are there any other details you can share, such as porting a number over, bringing your own device, Esim or physical Sim. Maybe some thing will trigger an idea through the forum.
I would keep trying help or ask for your account to be reset or a reason.
