I have been using AT&T Prepaid for a year and am planning to switch to Visible+. When I select the BYOP option, it prompts me to enter my IMEI. I entered both the physical sim and the esim, and both times, the error message "We ran into an issue, please try again. If the issue persists, please contact your carrier." popped up. I used my older phone (Pixel 6a)'s IMEI, and random IMEI generator to plug in more IMEIs, but the same error message pops up every time and I can't move past this screen. How do I solve this issue?
(My current phone is iPhone 13 mini)

Are you using the app or computer/browser? If using the app try uninstalling it and install it again. If that doesn't work try using a computer. If using a computer try clearing cache and history of the browser you are using. If that doesn't work try using a private or incognito tab. Next try a different browser, if using Chrome try Edge or Firefox. If all else fails maybe try and contact customer service.
