I used "Chat Help" to determine if my Verizon Compatible Phone is compatible with Visible ... it says my Phone Model and IMEI are compatible ... the phone will work ... and will be an excellent fit for Visible .
Then ... when I go to choose and purchase my monthly plan ... the system asks me to enter the IMEI again ... This time it says my phone is not compatible and will not let me proceed with choosing a monthly plan and purchasing a SIM ???
Is there a customer service # I can call to get this straightened out ... or is there anything else I can do ???
