I have a Moto e14 purchased in Europe which seems to be unlocked. However both the Visible and Verizon database flag the IMEI as incompatible. Is there a way to get your IMEI added to the database?
From my understanding cellphones are made for regions, you bought an international phone and not a US phone so it won't be listed in the IMEI database. No, unfortunately, there is no way to get Visible to add it to the database.
