I got a notification from my bank about an overdraft of $80 from visible. Not sure how that happened and then got refunded. I also got refunded $40 out of nowhere the same time. I look to see what my phone bill is and it’s $120! I tried doing chat support but the wait time is longer than expected and I’ve done it more than 20 times in one day trying to get ahold of someone! I need to know why I’m being charged $120 for my bill that only usually cost $40!!!
