Hello, I just activated service and brought my Apple phone from Verizon to Visible. I am having trouble actually adding the insurance to my current phone. Can someone help?

If you are trying to get insurance for the phone through Visible I think that is only if you buy a new device from Visible. You would have to seek out a different way to get insurance.
