So I'm having an issue with e sim switch with Samsung Galaxy S21 it says esim compatible but when I do switch to esim it says number transfer not complete but I already have my number went to a chat with an agent she said they don't no why this is happing and Wait it out it been a month and nothing has changed.
Also check on the website for number status and says it's still transferring it give me two options refresh or cancel tranfer number but I already have my phone number.
