I bought an Orbic Joy 2 to use my Visible account but it has died less than a month later. I cannot fine any warranty or replacement policy info. Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Your best bet would be to contact Visible customer service and see if you can get it replaced. You may even want to check if you can exchange it for one of the cheaper Motorola phone they have in stock, something like the Moto G 5G. It may cost $64 more but it should be far better then the Orbic phone.
You could also try contacting Orbic US and see what they say.
