I am trying to set up my phone to switch service from Verizon to Visible by Verizon. When entering my account number, it says I have the wrong account number. I was on the phone with Verizon for over two hours earlier and they said all the information I entered was correct.
Any assistance would be appreciated, or I will just leave Verizon altogether.

Do not enter any of the numbers after the dash. That’s what worked for me.
