I bought a physical SIM from Visible online and when I activated it, I am seeing SOS in the top right hand corner of my iPhone.
I can receive some messages and emails but cannot make calls.
I checked to see if my phone is compatible with an eSIM but it says it is not. Can someone please help?

Did you restart your phone after activating? Not sure what else to recommend other than getting a hold of Visible customer service as this is a peer to peer forum and support does not visit these pages. The link below explains how to contact Visible.
