I received an email from Visible that my pin  to transfer from old carrier was incorrect- I located the correct pin and in the email it said click here to enter new pin and it just brings me to an overview of my account with no place to enter pin please help! Thank you!

@gerrygonzales Login to your account. Under your profile, you'll find a link to request a port-out PIN via email.The original poster is trying to port-in to Visible not out, you appear to want to port out.

You cannot do it with the phone app.  You have to open a web page to your Visible account where you should see a pop up message to "Enter New Pin".  Click on that and it should start the transfer number to Visible process.
