So I've been back and forth with care a few times on getting the pixel 9 pro fold I just got from Google activated, as of right now despite the fact that visible is selling the 256gb version, this version is apparently incompatible.
My question is, can I expect this to change within a week or so, or should I go ahead and find a new carrier?

A storage drive size leading to incompatibility seems bizarre. Did you check to see the Pixel team's thoughts on it? I don't know if things will change, but you're right to wonder. Hope you get answers and service for your cool new phone soon bud.

I figure the Google people will just be confused as to why it doesn't work, as it's unlocked. But thanks for that.

IF the device wasn't bought from Visible but from GoogIe I think it takes a week or more after a device is released and Visible gets the list of IMEI numbers from Google and get them entered in the system.
Some have mentioned on Visible's Reddit page to go over Verizon and enter the IMEI in their checker, they say it supposedly updates the Visible checker somehow within a day. Whether it works or not I can't say but maybe worth a shot

I have been having the same problem as you but on the 256gb version. Visible customer service claims that it is because the phone is carrier locked or a carrier specific phone, even after I told them I got it from Google unlocked.
Have you had any luck resolving the issue?
