Poor Signal (1bar) and horrendous speeds (4.0/0.72 Mbps) - Will port Out

Former T-Mobile customer. After they reneged on the price for live pledge I decided to give visible a try. Firstly I didn't get the promo rate that they had advertised, secondly the signal strength at my house is horrible, and lastly there is absolutely zero customer support. I will be porting out after before monthly cycle is up. You can't hear me now !!

I am sorry you face this. If you have WiFi at home you can use WiFi calling feature. I have used it and is reliable to receive calls and text.

 

Anyway hope you get a better mobile service elsewhere.
