I recently signed up for visible and before signing up, I did the 15 day trial and I was given a new number which I tried on a Verizon Pixel 8a phone.
As I was satisfied with the service, I signed up for the service. The porting of my old phone number into Visible was successful. However, I'm facing a strange issue. When I call or text people, they're seeing my old trial number on their caller ID instead of my actual number. Obviously some will dial or text this expired trial number instead of my actual number.
Has anyone else encountered this problem after porting a number? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You need to get a new SIM. But beware; as soon as you order the SIM it will deactivate the old one. No one told me this. They overnight it to me but of course it was around thanksgiving and got all screwed up. Waited 4 days. Talked them into crediting me a month of service.
As for the issue youโre having, itโs not unique nor new. Canโt believe no one had found a way to fix it yet. We only had the problem on text if using RCS chats. Apparently when overwriting a SIM, it doesnโt overwrite everything.
But yeah, new SIM fixes it.
