Starting about 3 days ago (7/5/2023), I was having problems with the login on the Visible website SMS 2FA. I would get an error on the website "There has been an issue with your account or information. Please contact Care.".
Care would suspend the SMS 2FA for 24 hours and all would work until the 24 hours passed and then the same error would display on the website login.
Another chat with Visible Care and another temporary suspension of the SMS 2FA finally lead me to a possible solution....
On the iPhone 13, turn OFF "Face ID" and the Visible website stated to send and accept SMS 2FA as it did before.
Can anyone with a similar problem verify this as a possible solution? Perhaps it has to do with using biometrics with any cellphone versus the Visible website.
