If it has been more then 60 days since you last used the account you will no longer be able to sign into it. Less then 60 days you may need to contact customer service to see if you can gain access again. If not, you would have to create a new account, hard to say if the email address you had used has been removed from the system so you may need to use a different email address. The card you have has been deactivated if more then 60 days since account has lapsed and you will not be able to use it again, toss it in the garbage. If you didn't port the number out of Visible before the account was terminated the number is likely gone, there may be a slim chance that if you sign up again that the number may be available.
