You can only contact through chat.... They tell You they will only give You $10.00 of the $20.00 they offer.
They chatted that I did not enter my referral code. I definitely entered my code. I won't be referring any other friends. Neither I or the friend received the $20.00 offered. So if You are thinking about referring a friend
think twice. Don't tell them they will get The $20.00 dollar credit. You have no way to make them honor
their offer. For me they didn't. BEWARE!

If you didn't enter the referral code in the proper blank, there are two, one for promos and one for referrals, then it you won't get the credit. Did you look at your account to see if you have a credit? The referral code now applies to the second month and not up front like it used to. Visible contact is all one online, besides chat you can contact them through Faecbook, X and Instagram, these platforms they will send you to a direct chat link with no waiting line. You can also message them on there support page on Reddit. IT has been posted on Reddit that if you had asked them to add the referral discount after signing up they normally will do that, you just need the name, phone number and or email account of the referrer. Although some agents are not very well trained, ask for a supervisor.
This is not a scam either. I have been with Visible for 4 years and have put my referral code on here in the savings spot section and on Reddit in the referral megathread and have been getting referrals for for years and actually have 12 built up currently. I have gotten $20 off a month most of that time. If it is a scam I hope Visible keeps running it.

I did everything properly. They did give me $10.00 credit. However they offered
$20.00 So if they make the offer yet they won't honor it.... That is a SCAM!

The people that have signed up using my code I don't even know. This service isn't for every one. If it weren't for Visible I wouldn't even have a cellphone since Verizon, T-Mo and AT&T are all $100 a month for me. There aren't many MVNO carriers that are available in my area and none offer what Visible does for the price.
Only luck I need is for people to keep using my code. Since I began I have accrued a total of 60 credits which includes the current 12, of those I know absolutely none of those people and I am thankful they used it as they have saved me $960 over the last 4 years. Even if I no longer accrue referrals, or even lose the ones I have for that matter, that is just fine with me, Visible is still a good deal for what they offer.
I get the frustration over not getting the code applied but to come here and say it is a scam is a false statement. I am sure you have wasted over $20 on unnecessary things in the past and not batted an eyelash!
