I have tried 15-day Visible trial and trying to sign-up using a referral code from family but NO referral codes work and so far Visible Agents have been clueless and not able to help.

The error I get entering the referral code is:

Code <code> is not valid or has expired.

Anyone know figure out how to use referral codes?
