Refund and transfer

I had a previous account for 2 weeks before I needed to switch my number. I previously paid for a full month and had a referral from my brother. How do I get the refund and referral credit addded to my new account? I upgraded the new account and added a wearable. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

You can't. If you ported out of that account anything on that account is gone and account is closed. Since Visible is prepaid they do not offer refunds. As for the referral you could try and contact customer service and see if they can add one but I don't suspect they will.
