  • Sim card will not activate. Refund of 35$ request.

This is a peer to peer forum and not customer service. If you have issues you will have to contact them.

 

Also, if you didn't activate the card you should not have been charged. If you have activated the SIM and have been charged, if you have used any data at all, Visible has a no refund policy since they are prepaid.

 know we are a user community and can't help with this.  I would suggest chatting in with customer service.
