Repeated "No Internet" Issue Causing Major Disruptions

I'm experiencing a recurring and severe issue with my Visible service. Despite being on an unlimited plan, I frequently receive "No Internet" notifications on my Google Pixel 7a, which suggest that I may be "out of data" even though my plan should have no such restrictions. This issue has occurred twice now, both times in the middle of the night, which has severely disrupted my sleep.

Each time, Iโ€™ve been forced to use a friend's Wi-Fi to troubleshoot and contact support. When I do, the network sometimes reconnects, but the inconsistency remains frustrating and unreliable. This directly impacts my ability to perform at work, and I'm now genuinely concerned that these interruptions are jeopardizing my health and sanity.

Given the seriousness of these issues, Iโ€™m seeking a permanent solution. Please confirm if there is a known issue with Pixel devices or Visible's network and what specific steps can be taken to prevent future disruptions. Additionally, I would like to discuss possible compensation or credit for the negative impact this issue has caused.

According to my account, "You're getting unlimited talk, text, data and mobile hotspot, all on our 5G & 4G LTE networks.". I have a full 5 bars of 5G at my residence where this is happening. It happens usually just after midnight so unless this is a town of vampires it should be not very congested. In the end you are right, being adversely affected it may be time to move on ...o/o

There are a few causes that can contribute to no internet. A weak signal at the location of the device such as only having one bar of signal. Another is which plan you are on, if you are on the basic plan it is deprioritized and at times the towers in your area that you get your signal from has heavy traffic and is congested to where you will barely get any data speeds if any at all. If you are on the plus plan you would get 50GB of premium priority data but once you use that up you are back to the same deprioritized data as the base plan, the exception to this is if you are in a 5G UW area, that data does count towards your 50GB allotment.

If Visible is causing you health and sanity issues you might be better off just porting back to your original carrier if that worked for you in the past. There are many other MVNO's that use AT&T and T-Mobile if either of those work better in your area.

Try again... had this same problem on the basic plan, upgraded to plus, no difference at all. I've seen HUNDREDS of people personally complain of this issue just in the last couple days of researching. All of whom have done anything and everything they were told and that they could think of to no avail. This is inexcusable, no matter what plan they are on.

Too many people have this same exact problem. Including me. I lose service completely, multiple times a day. Usually when I leave my phone alone for any extended period of time. Come back, and it's no bars with an X. Have to turn on airplane mode then off. Sometimes that doesn't work so I have to manually select mobile carrier. Sometimes that doesn't work... this is absolutely insane and unacceptable.

If don't like the budget service just leave. I am on the basic and there are times where I have less than 1Mbps speeds and that is just the case of congestion at times when it is busy.

I was just pointing out what the issue could be and there isn't much one can do about it. If you don't like the service leave, you don't need to come here and cry about it!

You are a great person and community member. Certainly a pleasure to be in this space with you. Very isightful and helpful. We should all take advice from you for eternal happiness.

Thank you! Just wish I could have been more help. I have run into the same issues with speeds later in the evening before midnight where I would normally have 25 to 35Mbps speeds I would get slow speeds, 1 to 2Mbps tops. I would have suggested to do what I did and contact customer service but you did that already. They did the same for me and worked on the back end and did some stuff, at that time it never really cleared up. What I should have mentioned was that mine did clear up after about a week. Now mine is just super slow when school gets out after 3pm, like less then 1Mbps slow, but I can live with it for what I am paying a month. It doesn't help that I live is a rural area with only a couple towers and I am at the signals edge and only get 1-2 bars, that alone wreaks havoc on my speeds. When I go to town and within a few miles of one of the towers I have gotten double or triple my normal speeds.

Hope it clears up for you or you find a more suitable option. Good luck!

I just really wanted to know if I was crazy and to see if others are experiencing this before I moved on. I totally got value from this cheap service but there is something about how corporiate rulers keep gaslighting it's customers. It's just best to work together, communicate, and help each other make decisions.  Thanks for validating. I have found that tons of people are having this issue after some sleep and research.
