I'm experiencing a recurring and severe issue with my Visible service. Despite being on an unlimited plan, I frequently receive "No Internet" notifications on my Google Pixel 7a, which suggest that I may be "out of data" even though my plan should have no such restrictions. This issue has occurred twice now, both times in the middle of the night, which has severely disrupted my sleep.
Each time, Iโve been forced to use a friend's Wi-Fi to troubleshoot and contact support. When I do, the network sometimes reconnects, but the inconsistency remains frustrating and unreliable. This directly impacts my ability to perform at work, and I'm now genuinely concerned that these interruptions are jeopardizing my health and sanity.
Given the seriousness of these issues, Iโm seeking a permanent solution. Please confirm if there is a known issue with Pixel devices or Visible's network and what specific steps can be taken to prevent future disruptions. Additionally, I would like to discuss possible compensation or credit for the negative impact this issue has caused.
