Over the past couple of months my wife phone using visible service has suddenly and repeatedly lost the ability to make or receive voice calls. Data still works.
Every time we contact support, T1 can't do anything aside from escalate a ticket and for several days nothing happens, there is no communication and my wife is left without the ability to make or receive calls. Then a few days later it magically starts to work again.
The issue has just happened again for the Nth time.
Is there any way to get someone to actually investigate and resolve the root cause?
