Ridiculous online chat agent

Made a payment of $255 earlier tonight to renew annual plan with my visa card. Later on decided to switch to my Amex card for offer.

 

Contacted online chat agent who couldn't understand the simple request. Took him 40 min to end up telling me how to change default payment method.

 

Clarified my ask again to cancel the "renewal" so that I can repay with the other card. The agent stopped my service completely.

 

Lost $255 + $20 referral credit + 6-day service period (remaining on my current plan) + 4 hours of time tonight.

 

Payed $25 to restore my service and kept getting "Text messaging service has been denied" via text from a strange number with misplaced digits from my own number.
