I bought an iphone 16 pro max and transferred data from old iphone to new...there were syncing issues and i could not send or receive sms messages. Chatted with customer service agent and she walked me through many steps to resolve like deleting esim and reinstalling through a qr code....then called me and told me to update to most recent ios which i did. That temporarily solved my problem...the next day however i could not send or receive sms text again. Googled it and found that i should go to imessage on new phone under send and receive and click off old phone #. This solved the problem. I hope i don't have anymore problems down the road but so far i think visible customer service has been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly..they even went out of there way to call me to help me activate because i thought i might have trouble...turns out the activation went smoothly. All in all, you can't beat $35/mo for visible + unlimited talk,text and data. Case # *****
