So why is it not compatible - the phone is unlocked and has moved carriers.
Visible will not say why it is not compatible.
There is no one to talk to on visible other then the chat who tells me the phone does not work on Verizon when it is on Verizon network now.
So is this a scam with Visible to make you buy a new phone?

It's likely compatible; however, the IMEI is not in Visible's comatibility database. Unfortunately you can't get by the ordering process unless it's in their database.
Some work around this by ordering a physical SIM. The trick is to go the iPhone route when ordering and use an older iPhone model that won't prompt for an IMEI (iPhone 13 as I recall). Visible will then ship a physical SIM; however, if you do go that route you wont receive an assistance/help from Visible if anything goes wrong.
