I just purchased a Samsung S20 FE 5G but I can only get4G LTE. It won't connect to 5G. I've updated the phone software.

Did you have a phone previously that was also 5G and got 5G service? I'm trying to eliminate different things, and want to confirm your area gets 5G service.

Yes, we have good 5G service here.
