Sending pictures thru text

Since I started with this plan I have been unable to send pictures thru text messages. I would like to do that.

Open settings in the message app and make sure RCS and MMS are turned on.

Can you be more specific because I don’t see RCS and MMS.  I must be looking in the wrong place.  Thx.

It depends on which phone you have message app you are using. If iPhone, sorry I don't use one so not sure how to look for RCS/MMS settings, but make sure you have the latest iOS updates for the device, not sure where to go from there. If Android phone and using Google Messages app, open the message app, click your profile photo or the circle with you initial in it, look for message settings, RCS chats should be towards the top, click on it and make sure it is toggles on, it should also show Visible and your phone number at the top. Now go back a page, scroll down and click advanced, click group messaging, select send an MMS to all recipients(not sure if this is necessary for individual text but wouldn't hurt to select it anyway). If using a Samsung device and Samsung Messages I am not sure of RCS chats is still supported on that app, last I heard was Samsung was phasing it out and putting Google Messages app on all their new devices.

I am not all that tech savvy so if you are still having issues maybe someone else can chime in, especially if you have an Apple phone. Only other suggestion I have would be is to open settings on the phone, then apps, find and open the message app and force stop(Android phone of course), then maybe scroll down and click on storage, clear cache and data and see if that fixes the issue. If that fails you should maybe contact customer service if the RCS option is greyed out or can't be turned no. If you are a Reddit user find Visible's page and post this on there, there are a lot more people that visit that page than here and a lot more knowledgeable people then I am.
