Server problem

Trying to pay my bill since yesterday keep getting message server error please try again in 30 minutes. Is their another way I can pay my bill?

If using the web site, try clearing cookies and other data for visible.com. Alternately, try opening the web site in a private browser window.

If using the app, try clearing the apps cache and data and then reinstall the app.

Otherwise contact customer care.
