Service Problem

I have everything activated and setup with my Visible plan that I know of, and I have the $30 plan, but I can’t call, text, or get on the internet.

Have you tried doing a network reset on your phone?  If your coming from another provider that's can help or fix many issues.

Tried it, didn't help. It does say the service is active, but the IMS registration, whatever that is, is unknown.
