Yes. Something has happened this last month where data seems to drop out after plans renew. My plan renewed on Sunday. Saturday at midnight my data dropped out and didn't restore until almost 10AM Sunday. My wife's plan renewed today and last night at midnight her data dropped out and she still doesn't have data at 7am today.
I don't know what they changed or how to fix it but it's a major issue.
