Try this, not sure if it will work. text the work HELP to 67777, once you get a reply text the word TRANSACT to 67777. I am on Visible's Reddit page and have saw this issue before, something about banks can detect when service has changed providers, not sure how to correct this issue but try contacting your bank and see if there is an issue on their end. Not sure what you can do about TicTok or Amazon.
I remember having an issue with Amazon where I couldn't even register my number for 2FA but my issue was my number was new to me when I joined Visible and it was previously used by someone else, so for some reason it took almost a year before I could register it. I would give it a few days and see if it fixes itself at Amazon.
